MY APPROACH
I work primarily with adults helping them overcome internal barriers as they navigate personal, relational, as well as work challenges.
My approach to psychotherapy is rooted in the Neuro Affective Relational Model (NARM), a cutting-edge model for addressing attachment, relational and developmental trauma. I support my clients in reconnecting with their inherent capacity for healing and change. By exploring repetitive patterns and limiting beliefs, we uncover how past adaptations shape present experiences. Through deepening awareness and tuning into their inner world, clients develop greater nervous system and emotional regulation, fostering a sense of safety, ease, and flow in life. My goal is to support my clients to increase their capacity to navigate the complexities of life with openness, resilience, self-compassion, and joy.
My sessions are online, in English or Romanian. I do not work with any insurance plans.

I was born and raised in Romania, I moved to USA in my early twenties and have been an expat since. Currently, I split my time between Asia and Europe.
